How fast time flies... one minute u just got to know that u're preggie..and the next minute u're almost reachin' to the finish line..
I over passed mine..hehehe.. My lil' bundle of joy did a prank on me..naughty naughty naughty..Estimated Due Date was on the 11th March 2008, i started having mild tummy cramps...they said it's called contractions..this happens when the baby's head is pushing down towards the birth canal..that explains it..
Hubby drove me to Putrajaya Hospital for check up...my heart was pounding fast as if i ran to the hospital on my own... the nurses treated me well..explained to me what's happening with my body. They attached two belts with sensors around my belly. One belt holds the sensor that keeps track of the baby's heart rate, while the other measures the timing and strength of my uterine contractions. i can hear my baby's heart beat from the speaker..such a breath taking moment!! i just cant wait to hold him in my arms...
After seeing the results, they warded me as the contraction was frequent and they expected the baby to be delivered that particular night or the day after...so in i go..admitted in a two bed ward..gosh...felt so so bored as hubby could not stay in with me..i was anxious+nervous+scared+happy, the list goes on...the nurse came to check on me 3 hourly to see whether i'm prepared for labour...but hey...no pain...the next 3 hours..still no pain..the doctor monitored me for 24 hours..if i'm not yet in labour..then...off i go...
and guess what..i got discharged the next day inspite i'm already 2 days overdue.
